Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your WOTM purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return/exchange under the following conditions:
- Eligible within [7 days] from delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Certain items like innerwear, swimwear, or clearance sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

- Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through return pickup/shipping.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned item.
