Payments

  • WOTM accepts secure online payments via Razorpay, supporting credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
  • By placing an order, you authorize us to process and collect payment through Razorpay’s secure gateway.
  • We do not store your payment details.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payment, transaction error, or approved product returns under our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
